Our policy lasts 8 working days. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We only accept returns/exchanges that have been purchased through www.evilhair.com. If you opened or used your product, we can't take it back! To be eligible for a refund, you must contact at email@example.com within 8 working days of receipt. We are unable to issue refund/replacement claims for orders more than 8 working days after they are placed.
After receiving your return request our Returns Team will evaluate whether or not the merchandise can be returned or exchanged. If the reason is valid, a confirmation mail will be sent to you.
When returning the products you must write the order number on the outside of the box/package. To return your product, you should contact us and we will give you the instructions.
In case the courier left your package for you to pick up at a parcel shop or on any other location and you wish to return it you must mail the package yourself and should not try to return it to the pick up location.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 8 working days.
NOTE: If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping plus handling fee of 4 eur will be deducted from your refund. Shipping is non refundable.
How do I cancel my order?
You can submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder). Please note that your request may not be able to be approved because your order has already been shipped. Orders may be cancelled before they ship. To cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order is shipped.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to make an exchange, you must fill out the required form found here with your Order Number and the details of your exchange.
Please keep in mind that exchanges cannot be made after your order ships.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will arrange a pick a& return with our courier service, sending costs must be covered by the buyer.
If there are any price differences, your will receive a payment order to cover the difference. Only after receiving your payment the items will be shipped.
Refunds and Non-Returnable Items
Any opened and/or used products do not qualify for an exchange or return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping plus handling fee of 4 eur will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When mailing a products you must use a traceable shipping service an email us the tracking code. Otherwise we don’t guarantee that we will receive/recognize your returned item.
Package not received/picked up by customer
If a package is returned to us for ANY reason by the shipper (example: package was not picked up by the customer, customer was absent, incorrect or incomplete shipping address was submitted or customs refuses entry) the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, handling fees of 4 eur per shipment, plus the return shipping costs, if applicable.
If you would like the package reshipped to you, new shipping charges will apply.
